These terms apply to readbackatc.com, the Readback ATC Discord server and its bot, and our social media channels (together, "the services"). By using the services you agree to these terms.
What Readback ATC is
Readback ATC is an air traffic control simulator in development. It is for training practice and entertainment only. It is not certified for, and must not be used for, real air traffic control, flight planning or navigation.
Using the services
Use the services lawfully and respectfully. Do not disrupt them, try to gain unauthorised access, or use them to send spam or harmful content. In the Discord server, the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines also apply, and moderators may remove content or members that break them.
Content you share
You keep ownership of feedback, messages and other content you share. By sharing feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve Readback ATC without obligation to you.
Our content
The Readback ATC name, logo, software, screenshots and website content belong to us. You may share links and screenshots for non-commercial purposes; anything else needs our permission.
No warranty
The services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, pause or end at any time, especially while the product is in development.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the services means you accept the update.
