This policy explains what personal data Readback ATC collects through readbackatc.com, our Discord server and its bot, and our social media channels, and how we use it. We collect as little as we can.
What we collect
- Launch sign-ups. If you join the mailing list, we store your email address, the time you signed up and the page you signed up from.
- Emails you send us. Messages to our addresses are kept to reply to you.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the site. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.
- Discord. Our Discord bot only creates server invites. It does not read, store or process your messages or profile. Your use of Discord itself is covered by Discord's privacy policy.
How we use it
We use your email address only to tell you about Readback ATC, such as its launch or testing opportunities. We do not sell or share it for marketing. Every email lets you unsubscribe.
Who processes it
The website, sign-up database and email forwarding run on Cloudflare. Third-party platforms we use, such as Discord, Instagram and YouTube, handle data under their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep sign-up addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until the mailing list is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
The services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
